APULIAN EVOO
The extra virgin olive oil you'll love for life.
Does it ever happen to you ?

Whenever that intense scent of oil wafts up into your nose until it reaches your head and then your heart, images of your childhood immediately come to mind: from when you picked olives in the countryside with your grandfather or when you took them to the mill. Or, perhaps, do you think back nostalgically to that unforgettable vacation in Apulia, to the intense smell of its countryside, to its romantic colors and unforgettable moments? Oil is a return for all of us: a return to our origins, a return to our most sacred places, a return to better times. And this is exactly what a bottle of good oil holds and preserves. We have been caring for our olive trees for more than fifty years. They grow on hectares upon hectares of land in the town of Torremaggiore, in the province of Foggia, right in the heart of the Tavoliere delle Puglie plain.
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the product of my father Michele Fiorentino's skillful hands, constant care and careful selection of the best trees.
But also of the innovative oil extraction and conservation techniques that I introduced to the company after extensive research. The result? The best Apulian EVOO that you can bring to your kitchen, put on the table of your restaurant or give out at your event. You can enrich your dishes, amaze your guests with a gift or take your customers on a journey that brings them back to simpler, purer times.
