The Monocultivar of Peranzana is the medium-intensity green fruity extra virgin olive oil. The bitter and spicy notes come together in a fine balance, perceived by the palate with delicacy. It is characterized by its very low acidity and high concentration of polyphenols.
Its intense aromas of almond, aromatic herbs, tomato, green apple and olive leaf make it ideal for meat and fish dishes.
